Regina Nicholson is a board-certified Physician Assistant who joined Heights Dermatology in 2021. She was raised in Colleyville, TX and graduated from Colleyville Heritage High School. She received her Bachelor of Science degrees with summa cum laude honors at Clarion University in Pennsylvania. Regina majored in Biology and Secondary Education.
She graduated with an Associate’s degree with cum laude honors in Medical Assisting from Butler County Community College in 2016 and began her career in Dermatology. In 2018, Regina received a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Rutgers University in New Jersey. She worked at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Dermatology Clinic treating patients, was a study coordinator for psoriasis studies, and was also preceptor for Physician Assistant students. She is currently a member of the Texas Association of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Regina is excited to join the Heights Dermatology team. She practices medical dermatology and performs skin cancer surgeries and other skin procedures. In her free time, Regina enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games, knitting, traveling, and reading science fiction.
