We gladly see new patients of all ages. If your insurance is an HMO and requires an authorization to see a specialist, your primary care physician (PCP) must submit the request to the insurance company and then will request the appointment from us.
Patients may call for their own appointment if the insurance company does not need an authorization.
Please have your insurance card available when scheduling your appointment. We will not be able to make an appointment without your card.
